Balemoh v0.0.6

Your homelab, within reach.

Balemoh discovers services running in Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman. Review candidates in staging. Pin the ones you use. Keep a homepage that reflects your choices, even when the infrastructure changes.

Discover first. Publish by choice.

Discovery collects resource identities, images, and endpoint evidence. Candidates stay in staging until you pin them. Customize names, links, and icons without losing those edits on the next sync.

One homepage across your machines

Run agents beside each cluster or container runtime. Each agent sends an authenticated snapshot to your gateway. Your gateway owns the pins; remote agents need no access to its database.

Read the discovery guide and federation guide before connecting your sources.

See hosts as well as services

Optional host telemetry collects CPU, memory, and workload inventory every minute. Choose which sources appear on the dashboard and inspect host history with explicit gaps when a source is unavailable.

Keep it on your infrastructure

Balemoh is written in Go, stores its state in SQLite, and has separate API and server-rendered UI processes. Container images support amd64 and arm64. Kubernetes discovery reads resources without modifying them.

Balemoh is an early v0.0.x project. Keep your instance behind an access boundary and back up persistent state before upgrading. This public site contains documentation and the API contract. Run your own instance to use the dashboard.
